I did a run today and used the app. It recorded my distance and mile splits but did not record average and peak HR. Any ideas?

Hello @EdCorto, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for sharing this information about the difficulty you've experienced with your exercise and the heart rate information.
Before considering other options, could you please provide a few extra details about the problem you experienced?
Let me know if you're referring to the MobileRun feature in the Fitbit app, and if you're tracking your activity using the app and your watch at the same time.
Please keep me posted.

Hello @EdCorto, sorry for the late response. Thank you for sharing all this information about GPS tracking and heart rate accuracy.
Before considering other options, I would recommend to try following all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information: How to I improve the accuracy of my heart rate rate reading? This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Regarding the accuracy of the GPS information, remember that your Versa uses connected GPS to track distance and routes, devices with connected GPS use the sensors on your nearby phone to capture GPS data. Keep your phone close to your device during an activity.
If the GPS is getting disconnected during your running activity, the Versa may track different information for the the distance. Before considering other options, make sure to follow the steps suggested in this article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time.
If you continue to see the same behavior and your GPS is not getting disconnected, make sure to try following the steps listed in this article to complete a restart and check if you still see the same behavior afterwards: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted on the outcome.
