Versa not charging

Just got my versa, put it on the charger but nothing appears on the watch. Do I have to give it more time before turning it on for the first time?

@Monika640524, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on when you put it on the charger.

 

The Fitbit Versa usually takes 2-3 hours in order to get fully charged. I would like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try charging your watch again for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
