HUAWEI P30 lite not showing messages on Versa

I have my versa over a year never any problems with my Nokia phone changed to a P30 Lite and now it won't show up messages and it could take 4 attempts to sync. Ive reinstalled it a few times and still not working properly HELP

Hi @Shirlscunningha  take a look at the Android tips.

If you have tried the sync tips then next time with a sync problem try clearing the Fitbit apps or phones cache and stop the Fitbit app.

When it comes to notifications, do they show up on the phones lock screen?

Also check the notification tips.

im getting this yes I get messages on my screen. I've switched the phone off numerous times and it still comes up unless I'm missing a setting. When I look at Bluetooth it's paired but when I try to drill into the versa it just let's me rename my versa and no other settings is on it

I got the versa 2 and after setting it up it worked ferfectly with my p30 lite but it lasted only one day. On day 2 it failed to sync, didn't show any messages or my calls. I have reset it several times, I have deleted and reloaded the app all to no avail. So I have given up on it and now it's just a watch.
