I hate to be so negative. However, I am very unhappy with the Versa. I have had some form of Fitbit watch since the beginning. I have never had a problem.
Most of my issues have related to getting notifications. I have been lucky to have that work more than a day or two.
My latest issue is with the time. The watch reverts back 3 hours at odd times. So it might be 12:14 one moment and then later it is 9:14. I have reset the watch several times, but it just keeps doing it.
I have a Samsung S8. The time zone is fine, the phone has always showed the correct time. I have stopped using the Versa and gone back to my Charge 2 because I know I can rely on it.
I read the warranty and unless the newer models have some improvements, I don't know if it is worth pursuing or not.
Sorry for the rant. But I am very disappointed.
Thank You

These issues plague Versa's on Android. I just have made it a habit to reboot my phone every morning, re-sync my Versa to my phone bluetooth to get notifications to work again. Rinse Repeat daily

Thanks for letting me know, I'm running iOS and sometimes never know what people are running when they post.

I may still contact support, but honestly I think the only solution is the one given by Ericlb. I had restarted my phone recently and it worked. The next day it went back to not working. I do force stop on fitbit, turn bluetooth off and on, anything else I can think of and nothing seems to work for any period of time.
So thanks for the suggestions! And I hope a better solution is found.
