Having so serious trouble connecting

My fitbit wasn't syncing so disconnected it from the app and bluetooth on my phone, thinking it would be able to reconnect, which it couldn't. I then factory reset the fitbit to see if that would help reconnect it, but after resetting it, all that show up on the screen is "Data not cleared, Sync and try again" but of course, I can't sync it.
Anyone have any idea what do do? Or am I just screwed here? 
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A50 if that helps at all

Your phone is not supported so you should not expect the device to work as intended.

 

Take a trip to https://www.fitbit.com/devices and consider purchasing a phone that is supported.
