My versa has the heart Icon in the right hand corner of my screen. it used to tell me what my Heart rate was by showing a number BPM next to it. Now all i see is the heart ion. When i go into my watch it only shows my resting Heart rate. how do i get accurate BPM back on my watch to see visibly all the time?  Thank you.

Sounds like you have a 3rd party clock face.  You need to contact the clock developer with your question. It would be worth a try first to do a Restart and do it several times.
