I've had my Fitbit versa for almost a year now and have had no troubles until the last several days my resting HR says it is 150-160 and it thinks I am constantly exercising because of this. I have tried everything to reset it and nothing has helped. Talking with someone via the help messenger all they say is "they're working on fixing it". Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do? Thanks

Hi, sometimes the HR is acting all of a sudden weird, also in the way you describe. What I always do, is restart the Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill I see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Usually this procedure solves a lot of these "unwanted" errors. Hope it helps you too!!!
