Heart Rate Min/Max on Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello.

I have been borrowing a galaxy watch for a couple days since my Versa 2 band broke. There is a feature that shows the daily min to daily max heart rate (ex. Hr 75-197 bpm). Is there a way to check this easily on my Fitbit Versa 2? Is there a fitbit model that has this feature?

Since I've started having heart issues, accurate heart rate and accessible heart rate numbers are important to me.

Lately I have been noticing my Fitbit Versa 2 takes a few moments to accurately read my heart rate when it gets over 100 bpm. Even then, sometimes the monitor reads much lower than my pulse oximeter or my blood pressure cuff. My Fitbit is also reading much lower than the Galaxy Watch. Is there a way to improve the timely accuracy of the heart rate reports?

Hi @ZooGal96  your posts were merged and moved into the Other Versa Smartwatches area for you to get the most relevant responses. Since you're having heart issues, it's important for you to stay in touch with your health care professionals. Fitbit isn't to be considered a medical device.

Any idea when this might get updated? I recently ditched my galaxy watch for the Versa 2 because it appeared more heart healthy. I'll honestly have to keep wearing my galaxy until an update is found.

@Madcascade   This feature is available on the Versa 3/Sense.  I can find it by doing the following.  I swipe to my Today app on my Versa 3 > scroll to heart rate and tap on that.  There is a screen that shows my heart rate range for the day so far.  I don't know if it was added to the Versa 2 in a firmware update or not.  Try my path and see if it works.  If it isn't on the Versa 2, then I doubt that it will get added at this point.  There are rumors about a Versa 4 and it's rare for Fitbit to make changes like this in older devices.
