Hi! My heart Rate Monitor on my fitbit Versa 1 is not working. I've done the factory reset, pushed and held the left and bottom right buttons multiple times on the Fitbit, but no luck. Looked at videos and reviews, no progress. Any tips I may not have tried? Thank you in advance!!!

Check that it is actually turned on on the Versa (Settings app on the watch). If it is and still not working, turn it off, restart the watch and turn it back on. If that doesnt fix it then contact Support.
