Fitbit Versa Lite frustration

So, for context, I’ve had this versa lite since around Christmas, I saw it on sale, and thought why not. What a mistake. It worked great up until a couple days ago. I took it off (because I’m not meant to wear it at work) and when I go to put it back on it was giving me the pop up saying “to get started, download the Fitbit app”, I think weird, but whatever. Anytime I tried to connect it to my phone to update it however, it just wasn’t having any of it. So fast forward to today, and the screen is just dead. The screen is on, but it’s blank and it looks like the lcds or whatever lights it uses are just done. There are three different coloured strips near the centre, but that’s it. I don’t even know if this is fixable.

Hi @BaileyGrant  Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it then contact Support.
