My heart rate monitor stopped working 5 days ago. I have cleaned the back with alcohol, made sure the monitor was on, and shut it down, and it is still not working!
Have you tried doing a factory reset? not sure if it will help, alot of us are having issues with the heart rate monitor thought most of us are getting extremely high reading and Fitbit said they are working on it.
