Today is my first full day with my Versa.  It has been working great all day.  I just got back from a 35 minute walk.  Synced it with my phone and now the versa is reading HR Null and Steps Undefined.  I've taken it off and put it back on ... still not working...any ideas?

Also I tried to change the clock face to MOMENT, and it comes up not compatible with your device?????

It is for a Versa, and the choices come up but not compatible, more fitbit craziness.

As much as I didnt want to, I flipped my watch to the inside of my wrist and it always gives a accurate reading.
