I’ve had my Fitbit for probably 6 months and I’ve never had this issue. My heart rate sensor will not turn on. I have tried shutting it down and turning it back on, and I checked both clock face setting and the watch settings and it’s on, but the green sensor is not turning on. How do I fix this?

Hi @Jenniferw11201 Try restarting several times and also try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If the green light is still not working you will need to contact Customer Support.
