How long have you had your Versa original? I bought mine 10/18 and it is "nonrepairable". Before I buy another I would like to see if this seems to be the normal and not waste my money..

I have had one problem after the other with my Fitbit Versa. I had a Versa and they couldn't fix the tracker so they replaced it for me. Now, less than 6 months later my Versa reboots on its own multiple times a day. I'm incredibly disappointed with Fitbit right now. I'm hesitant to purchase another Fitbit because it seems like in the least the company should be able to stand behind their product better. A $200 watch should last for more than 6 months to a year, in my opinion.

I have never had a problem with mine. I don't exercise, lol. I don't wear it to shower, I basically have it for the convenience of getting my phone messages, calls and notifications. I work in medical so I do like to see my steps. It looks like new. Fri. it just shut off. I charged it and it wouldn't keep a charge, screen won't respond to touch and buttons won't work. Was told it's not repairable. I think it should of lasted a lot longer.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Mine stopped working today! This is the third fitbit that has spontaneously died within 2 years! What's going on Fitbit?? First was a simple tracker (no issues), then an HR that died,  then Versa (died also) and now Aria (pooped outtoday!)! Not sure if I will continue to use this brand. So disappointed!

Wow. This was my first one. I have tiny wrists and all the other styles are to wide. I was so excited with versa because it allowed the straps to go down and fit great. I am so disappointed.. not sure I will buy another.
