I've had my Versa Lite for about a month now and I've noticed a trend...
I wear it to sleep and it records great and I feel like I get an accurate idea of how well I'm sleeping. But, when I wake up and I don't get out of bed quick (mostly on the weekends) I notice there is a HUGE spike in my heart rate reading. It will reach as high as 170 while I'm laying in bed doing nothing. I don't feel this heart rate myself so I know it's a glitch. Is there something to solve this issue? I have a higher resting rate because I am overweight but at my highest activity level since using it I've never gone above 130-140 and I can tell my heart rate is that high.

Hi, maybe your HRis picking up some signal form some device that's nearby your bed. I would advice the following, instead of restarting your Versa multiple times: Restart your Versa once, take it of your wrist and put it on your bedroom table, or whatever furniture, and leave it there untill you finished cleaning up yourself (showering, etc). Then put it back on your wrist and see what happens. I have more or less the same problem, but this works for me all the time.
