Hi @Utcrowd

Welcome to the forum. Can you please describe in more detail what steps you are taking that are failing? More information will help with troubleshooting. Without knowing more, the best tip I can give you, is I find editing Heart Rate Zones works best on a computer, so if you are trying to edit this information on your mobile, you might try doing it on a computer to see if that does the trick for you.

Best of luck!

If you are indeed attempting to set either a Custom Max HR or Custom Heart Rate Zone, currently you must do so in the Web Interface Settings page. It is "done broke" in the mobile app.

And make sure to keep up on it by checking in the mobile app. The FitBit servers have a tendency to reset to the defaults on an infrequent basis - my experience is about three to four times a month.

Good luck and welcome to the boards.
