Super annoyed. Called FitBit and they said they are aware this an issue of heart rate, sleep tracker, challenges syncing does not work and they are monitoring FitBit support.
I HAVE factor reset to factory settings, deleted Versa 2, unpaired Bluetooth. At this point it is an over price watch!

Hi @SteppingAK your two posts from today were merged into one thread to keep your responses in one easy to find spot. I'm not sure why you thought posts about the Versa 2 were being removed, as there are many posts in this Other Versa Tracker Forums.
Did you see the banner at the top of this forum area?

Since you called support and know this to be an known issue, all you can do is wait until an update is available.

I don't think this is even getting past tier 1 level support.
