This is my second Versa 3. My old one started stating I did 35k steps in one hour in a challenge after using it nonstop for 1 year (it didn't have problems until a few months after a year). My second one has been factory reset twice after finding out it would say my HR was 187 when it wasn't even on me. It's always inaccurate on my wrist too. Steps increased randomly when I didn't move. I've readjusted the strap several times, and I clean it and my wrist frequently. I've unpaired, cleared data, tried different wrists, and no luck. Also the app will randomly say I burned calories but it is wrong because I hadn't worn it at all that day and it's not hooked up to my device for it to know my steps, etc.
