Heart Rate is being incorrectly measuree

My versa for the passed two weeks has been incorrectly measuring my heart rate. While sitting at times, it will show my resting heart rate as high as 200bpm  which is absolute nonsense. It leaps and bounds its measurements and throws all of my subsequent measurements, from daily calorie burn to active minutes, completely off.  I've followed recommendations from other posts such as adjusting the position on my wrist, adjusting the watch band, and even a hard factory reset. I have had no luck. The sensor is still on but clearly it is working incorrectly.  Right now for example I took it off and have had it off of my wrist for quite a few hours, but somehow my BPM is measuring any 116bpm. How? I really love my versa and I have only had it for 2 years. My charge 2 has never done anything like this, can my versa be fixed?

Hello,

Mine is doing the same with my sleep not recording correctly and oxygen levels not being read. This all started after I did intense yard work. I usually do not work harder than a 20 min walk and last Saturday I mowed with a push mower for over 3 hours. Could my sweating effect it? My zones are through the roof reading 23 so far today...I think that's a bit high for a 66 year old!

Same here. I have complained for over a year with no luck. I have a watch.

Normally I have issues with my versa light not measuring my heart rate high enough, but yesterday I went swimming and kept it on the entire time, but it wasn't my first time doing this. It ended up running out if battery and this morning after I charged it the heart rate readings were in peak as I was sitting. When I engaged in an excersize the heart rate and calories burnt were simular to other days, but when I'm not in a logged excersize the heart rate is constantly spiking. I've had this watch for two years now and this is the first this has happened. I've tried the factory reset and the toggling between on and off on the tracker itself and nothing has worked. Do I just need to buy a new watch?
