Versa steps and mobitrack not syncing

My versa is not syncing. I also have mobitrack. Every few minutes my app shows the mobitrack steps and then since my watch was on charge it doesn’t reflect accurately . And app keeps updating to show different steps. 300 from app and 1800 from mobitrack. Is there a way I can fix this and the app reflects collective steps or it won’t recognise
