My heart rate isn’t reading either and the green light hasn’t turned in at all. I troubleshooted it in every way possible and still nothing.

What?! They must know there is a problem yet they walked we through 30 minutes of troubleshooting that I already did myself...

I’ve tried everything. Heart rate isn’t monitoring correctly. It’s sporadic at best. My sleep isn’t being recorded either. I’ve resorted to returning this one (after 3 days). Not sure if I want a replacement or not.

Out of interest how many leds do you see on your Versa, I just see one green led flashing, my Charge 2 has two green leds?

Having exactly the same issues I’ve tried everything to resolve the problem but with no luck 😡 the only thing left is to return the item

I have the opposite issue Mine thinks my heart rate is 105bpm to 130bpm always, even when not on wrist .. So fitbit app thinks I spent 8 hours solid in fat burn cardio zone today...

Same behavior as many of the folks above mentioned. No HR since the evening I received my Versa on my doorstep, from the moment i switched from my Charge 2 to the Versa, my HR data is dead, no active minutes or reminders to move data. The green light on the back of my husband's versa sensor works on his so I believe the Versa heart rate sensor is shoddy/defective.

Mine is working, but not well. I'm coming from the Charge 2 which would usually start my heart rate off rather high for the first five minutes for a run, but then it would normalize. With the Versa, it just starts off at 175 BPM and stays there for the entire run -- much higher than my actual HR is.
My sleep was broken up into 2 different blocks last night, too.
I'm hoping for a patch.

If your Versa still isn’t working maybe try to wear it lower on your wrist. I did that and it started working. I was use to wearing it 2-3 finger widths above wrist bone like it said. I guess the versa is different.

I'm wearing it so low that it's on the bed next to me. Reading 95bpm! Wow, my bed had a really high resting heart rate ...

My versa arrived without the HR monitor working. The lights just never came on in the back.
Fitbit has been awful to acknowledge or to offer a fix. I had to spend over an hour resetting the watch to factory setting with the representative on the phone. Then they "upgraded my issue" and I had to wait several days before they asked for two videos to prove that the lights weren't on. I was sent the product before the release date and they used me as a bug tester.
Then finally asked me to send it back but they used really slow shipping so it won't be back to them for over 12 days, then I have to wait 7 business days for them to check the watch, and then wait another 7-10 business days for a refund.
Pass on the versa until they figure out these issues.

Yes! I believe they shipped me a defective one as well, especially since I was able to see ANOTHER Versa with same setup. My husband's Versa had none of those symptoms my SE did. I'm not planning on going thru Fitbit Support. Since I ordered via Amazon, I contacted them and said my lavender SE versa was defective. They are shipping me a brand new one NO problem, I just have to ship back my old defective one. I'm planning on comparing it this afternoon once they deliver it to my doorstep so I can finally feel relief that it's not me, its my Versa. Very frustrating indeed.

Let us know what you find. I'm hesitant to exchange mine in fear of getting one that's worse or has more problems..

My heart rate monitor hasn't been working either. I wanted to fix the issue by troubleshooting it before exchanging it but now I see so many people are on their 3rd Versa. That's just annoying, Fitbit needs to just do a recall.
