Best AnswerI am having the same issue, my heart rate had seemingly worked fine for months but I recently started going to the gym and swimming regularly (serious weight loss required) but the heart rate sensor is so inconsistent.
For example, today I went to the gym, did 10 minutes of elliptical and it worked fine. Then moved to rowing at my heart rate dropped from ~150 to ~ 100 which was most definitely not accurate. Then I did 10 minutes of cycle and half way through my rate dropped from 160 to 120 even though the bikes heart rate and my body was clearly telling me this was rubbish.
I have had the same thing swimming. I do 4 rounds of 10 lengths and some of the rounds my heart rate doesn't go above 110 when all the rest I am between 150-160...
I tried loosening the strap, tightening the strap, reseting the watch and moving the position on my wrist (non dominant) all the usual and sometimes it helps other times nothing makes it start working accurately.
As someone who is making a concerted effort to improve my overall fitness and loose weight not being able to accurately track my progress is incredibly frustrating!

Best AnswerMy Fitbit Versa is no longer monitoring my heart rate either. The led lights on the reverse side no longer blink. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing has worked. My fitbit is only 3 months old.

Best AnswerHie Roberto,
I have had this same issue throughout the year. I am on the third replacement pebble and each one has worked for roughly 3 months at a time. The lights stopped flashing and that was that. Sadly I have lost all confidence. None of the fixes work. Several restarts, tightening of the band, even a factory reset will not fix this. Judging by all these comments, a recall might work better. Or the alternative...lose customers to the competitor
