The update has caused my Fitbit versa 2 to stop tracking my heart rate. I followed the on/off heart rate instructions. I factory reset it. Nothing is working and thats the only reason I bought it. The light won't come on on the back at all. This just started when the update came. How do I fix this?? I am so frustrated.

I'm having this SAME EXACT ISSUE and it just started about a week ago after I updated the Fitbit. It was working perfectly fine before and now my HR is either stuck at 114 or doesn't show and my green light doesn't come on anymore. Talked to chat support, they disconnected while I waiting for their response and no one seems to have answers. I'm so frustrated but glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. Lemme know if you find a solution please!

My heart rate just sits around 145 in fat burn mode. It won't come down and it's so frustrating. Ever since I updated it!!
