Heart rate does not register on the Fitbit. Looked at various youtube videos to fix and want to avoid taking the fitbit back. Takes 3 months to provide a replacement.

Hi @FitGuySA -  Have you tried going to the watch Settings, Shutdown at the bottom?

Wait 10 seconds and place it on the charge cable to start it and recharge it. Note if it starts automatically.

If it doesn't start automatically it's perhaps not charging.

If it starts and charges swipe face to the left and click on the Today App and see heart rate there.

If the heart rate option is not shown scroll down and add it and confirm.
