Hi @Karinmirnel , which Clock Face are you using? Press the Versa icon in the Today's dashboard and press Clocks - My Clock will tell you which one you're using. Regards kuzibri

Hi @Karinmirnel , no problem, we will just try again: Got to the Fitbit's dashboard on you mobile device. There you will see the Todays taskbar with on the left side of it, the Versa icon (if you do not see it, press the Todays taskbar and swipe down untill you see it). Press this icon and you will go to the page with the clock and apps tiles. Press the Clocks tile and you will see another screen, saying "My Clock" and "All Clocks". As default "My Clock/My Versa" is shown. Press the Clock icon in the middle of the screen (big icon) and it will show you the name of the Clock Face you're using and post that name to me. regards kuzibri

Hi @Karinmirnel , thanks very much. Trace is a Clock Face developed by Fitbit itself, so you're on the safe side. The main Clock Face shows you the time, date and steps. BUT, by tapping on the display you cycle through the stats you want to see, e.g. steps, HR, and calories. So, that's why you do not see your HR on the CF. Press the display untill you see the HR (I installed it myself to be sure) and if you think your HR is more important than steps, press the display untill you see the HR and it stays on HR. Good luck and regards kuzibri
