Versa Screen not working

HI, 

My versa screen is black all the time, the lights on the back work occasionally and it vibrates for a notification every now and then but nothing comes up on the screen at all, not even the fitbit logo when I've tried troubleshooting and restarting it. Nothing has worked that i have researched.
