I received a replacement Fitbit versa. My resting heart rate is measuring 5-7 above what the previous one was reading at. I don’t feel that the measurement is the same.
my heart rate seems to be ready higher than what I’m actually calculating

Hi @Well345 , the question in this case is: which of the two Versa's is right? Are you not worrying about nothing? My advice would be, monitor your RHR for a few days and see if it stabilizes at the rate you're used to. it's a new device so it have to adjust itself with your HR. All in all, nothing to worry about. When I got my new Versa 2, this was also the same but after a few days it stabilized in the way I was used to with my Versa 1. Might also have to do something with just wearing the Versa in a bit different way than your former one, regards kuzibri
