Hi,
over the last 1-2 weeks my versa has intermittently stopped responding to wrist turns, buttons or swipes. It has started happening more often than not.
There has also been some instances of it losing my heart rate.
I’ve only had it for 3 months and haven’t damaged it in any way.
I’ve tried resetting it a few times by holding the back button with the bottom right. It resets but doesn’t solve the problem.
Any advice would be appreciated as I can’t afford to buy a new watch!

Hi @SunsetRunner ill give it a go but the issue isn’t with my watch not syncing to my phone it’s with the watch itself being unresponsive to touch and buttons etc.
