I updated my firmware and since then the Versa Lite is showing all sorts of out of whack heart rates. I’m a sitting position, it jumped form 72-156 and back down to 130 then to 67. I reset my Fitbit 4 times and am wearing it properly but it’s still doing it. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device? and then perform a restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
