Hello,
My Versa stopped working after just 6months. Fitbit is offering me a free replacement on the same model or a 50% off on another model.
I am thinking whether to use the discount and upgrade to Versa 2 or just getting again the same versa i have.
I am worried that i i could experience again the same problems with a new versa (touchscreen display and buttons not working). Versa 2 has a different type of display and a faster software. On the other end, it does not offer any additional function that Versa does not have. What would you decide to do if you were in my position? Upgrade to versa 2 or get another versa hoping that it will be ok this time?

Hi @Aleian81 - There is a feature available on the Versa 2 that is not available on the Versa. That feature is Alexa. I wasn’t impressed at first but the more I used it, the more I liked it. It’s kind of fun being able to ask questions at your wrist. I’m confident a replacement Versa would work. I had to return mine and the replacement works as it should. But then I got the Versa 2 and must confess I like it better. If I were in your shoes, I’d get the Versa 2.
Just my two cents ...
