Hi
My heart rate and zone minutes have stiped showing on the watch and nothing on my app
I am an active person and it's all of a sudden stopped
Verse lite model 🙂
Tried resetting 2 times tried syncing tried everything
Anyone able to help?

My Versa 2 also stopped tracking my pulse so I can't get zone minutes, sleep info etc. I wondered if there was a software update that I need? I've rebooted the device and the app with no luck.

Having the same issue. Really frustrating.
Followed all the instructions of the forums but still no joy
I would hate to replace it (or get another brand) because this would be the second Fitbit device I had to replace because of the same issue

The steps I saw said to go to the watch face Settings and do a restart and my watch face settings have no option to do a restart. I did try to uncheck the heart rate option and did a restart by manually holding in the side button until it turned off. But when the watch restarts, the Heart Rate button is checked again. I see no option of doing a restart from the app but I will keep looking.

My Versa 2 stopped tracking my HR since Feb 25, 2022. I have have applied all solutions in these forums with no result (shutdown, factory reset, remove and restore app, tried a new profile). Very frustrating. No green light.

I'm on the same boat! I first noticed my sleep wasn't tracking and now today I have no HR tracking and no lights on the back of my watch. It's really frustrating because I don't want to buy a new one if it's just something going on with Fitbit.

After 3 days of resetting, uninstalling/installing, unliking/linking , upgrade firmware and turning the heart rate monitor on/off...last night I slept with the watch and this morning it finally worked

Hello, my Versa 2 stopped working on 21 Feb 2022, after firmware update. I tried toggle, restart, reset, nothing helped. Customer service suggested to buy a new watch ☹ and it's only 2< years old. Is there any way to downgrade the firmware to previous version. Very frustrated 😞

My Versa 2 is giving me incorrect data. Half a hour into the exercise and it shows still low heart rate. Whe I remove it and wear it back it shows elevated heart rate from cardio zone. Not sure if it is software or hardware issue.

Spoke too soon. Day 5, and no heart rate monitor 😔. 3rd fitbit in 3.5 years. Charge 3 which was replaced (was less than a year old) and replacement tanked. Now Versa...not going to kee0 buying the same brand if its not for long term.. Sorry

All I can say is be persistent. After NUMEROUS factory resets, shutdowns etc my Fitbit HR sensor stating working this morning. Sorry I wasn’t very scientific in my approach but it was a combination of all that, in addition to putting my original band back on (cuz why not??) and shutting the HR “off” overnight. My HR problem now of not working at all , started with this similar issue but it got stuck saying the heart rate was fast. Versa was saying I had three hours straight of over 200. When I reset it, the HR has only come back temporarily a few times over the last several weeks now. This morning a I did a few shutdowns and got the Resting HR vs current HR option turned off and then back again but no luck with and real time HR today.

Same problem same time frame. Also heart rate no longer works. Again same time frame as yours.

Looks like all of our problems with heart rate and sleep tracking started around same time. THAT'S A BIG HINT FITBIT! Was there an update that was bad or just trying to phase out these products to newer premium accounts?

This was just the beginning for me. Watch is not charging now and it's been 3 days. Not going to put myself through this again, decided to switch to Garmin today. Fitbit is only 14 months old so really disappointing (even though it's my 3rd one in 3.5 years)

I had that with my Versa Lite too but since July 2021. Also no green light
