Heart rate different on Versa vs app

When on my treadmill, my Versa sometimes reads one heart Tate but the app on my iPhone shows a different rate. I’d there a lag between when HR shows on Versa and when it’s “downloaded” to the app?

Hi, in principle there should be no difference in HR between your Versa and the Fitbit app. There is a chance that there is a lag between the Versa en the Fitbit app, certainly when you have been during the exercise out of BT range, but during the syncing form your Versa to the app. the app monitors accurately what happened on your Versa. If this problem continues, you can try the following before beginning a new workout:

1. Logout of your Fitbit account

2. Restart your Phone and enable BT

3. Login back to you account

4. Restart your Versa ans sync with your Fitbit app after the workout and see if the problem is solved.
