Heart rate no measurements error

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit app is showing my heartrate live, but when I click on it to see the graph, it says no measurable data.

I have a Versa and it is recording my heart rate live, the green light is on, and it's set to monitor heart rate in the settings.

I've tried multiple reboots, unpair and pair, log out and log in, and deleted the app, cleared the cache and restarted my phone. None of them have populated the graph. It also did not sync excercise. The steps and calories burned populated, but the excercise panel did not populate, it stayed on 0.

It used to work, I used the Versa in the summer loads and it all worked fine.

Any suggestions?
