My versa heart rate is not working this fitbit is frustrating me!!

Thanks for your reply @DalRose68! Considering that you still experiencing the same issue with the heart rate sensor on your Versa, I have escalated your case with our Support team for them to further assist you.

Hi, @DalRose68! I would suggest restarting your Fitbit a few times. You can do this by holding the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds, until the Fitbit vibrates.

@DalRose68  You also may want to explain in detail what is not working. "My versa heart rate is not working " is is too vague! Some examples/suggestions:

  • Do you get values that seem way too high or too low?
  • Do you not get any value (do you see a '--' on the clock face?, is the green light on the back flashing or off?, have you checked that it is actually on (under settings)
  • Did it work before but not anymore, or did it never work
  • Do you get a value on your watch but not in the app, if so where are you not getting them

Hey @DalRose68, I hope you are doin' fine! If your Versa is showing this "--" instead of your BPM, I'd like you to turn OFF the heart rate monitor on your Versa, restart it and then turn it ON again. If after trying that, the issue persists, let me know and I will continue assisting you.

@DalRose68 If you swipe up on the main Versa screen (this opens Today app) and scroll down a bit, can you see your heart rate there ?
