Heart rate not syncing in app

The heart rate appears to be tracking normally on my Versa, but when I look in the app theres no graph showing heart rate over time and the sleep tracking is using the basic sleep details.

 

I've tried restarting my phone and the Versa, cleaning the heart rate monitor, turning notifications on and off, turning all day sync and always connected on and off.

@s0ulweav3r welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since it's not showing your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. Also, let me know if you edited your Dashboard tiles. In the meantime, check out this help article which explains how to edit or rearrange your tiles on your Fitbit app Dashboard and see if the heart rate tile is not hidden.
