Heart rate not working on my Versa 2

Hey folks. Just changed over from a blaze to the new versa 2. I wear my Fitbit on non dominate arm. Blaze picking up heart rate no bother, but the versa won’t. I have tried on my dominate arm. It’s working but I can’t wear it on it permanent.  Can anyone help. Really frustrating. Thank you in advance.

Hi. Thanks so much for your reply. But filling all these instructions has brought no joy. I can’t find anywhere where I can put heart rate to auto. That’s the way my watch constantly looks. No heart rating is ever on it. Is that normal?

I have tattoos on my arm as well and it won’t get my heart rate, my gf has the versa 2 with no tattoos on her arm and tracks hers just fine.
