Had anyone else had issue with heart rate not working. And also the buttons don’t work. Any clue what to do. It’s only 3 months old.

@Kuhlan10 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to help you with the heart rate issues that your Versa is experiencing.
Please let the Versa's battery to drain completely. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if the buttons do any action. If they're still unable to work, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. Once you've done this, monitor your heart rate and see if the buttons work.
As a side note, I'd like you to check out this help page in order to know to track your heart rate with your Fitbit Versa.
