Heart rate not working

In the middle of a workout my Versa stopped tracking my heart rate. Two days later and still not working. And it is clean... Anyone run into this issue/ know how to fix it?

i have but now I'm having the same problems again. I shut down the watch by going to the setting and clicking on the about at the end of the screen and shutting down. That worked for a few weeks. Last Monday it stopped working during my workout and i shut down again and it worked until Friday. So now my heart rate won't pick up at all and i even factory reset it.

 

I would say if it persist then contact support for a replacement or more troubleshooting help
