I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended here but with no success . No green lights on my versa . Any suggestions.

Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with the heart rate monitor not working on your Fitbit Versa. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note only that after doing a factory reset, all apps installed and the data that has not been synced yet to your Fitbit account will be deleted.
In order to do the factory reset, please do the following: On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the watch from the list. Then, please set up the watch back to your account by following the steps from this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I got the same problem
i reset it the Fitbit , factory reset and the heart rate doesn’t show no matter what I do

Hello,
I am having the same issue. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting including a factory reset and removing and unpairing my versa from my phone. I am at a loss right now.

I have the same issue. Did all the recommended steps, including factory reset and disconnecting/connecting fitbit versa to my phone...
in the beginning it just didn’t sync heart rate and hourly steps to phone app, and didn’t track sleep info. So I reset fitbit versa. After reset heart tracker stopped working at all...
