Hi there, the heart rate feature on my app hasnt been working for weeks. I tried doing everything that is on the help site but it's still not working. Any idea why?

I could suggest everything that is mentioned in the help docs. 

I'm not sure where you looked but normally we suggest to turn heart rate from auto to on and do a restart. 

If this fails the reposition the tracker or contact fitbit.
