My Versa says NULL above the BPM. This is quite annoying since I purchased a Fitbit primarily to monitor my heart rate. I have tried resetting the Versa, and I changed my heart rate in settings to "default." I also synced the Versa again, but no luck. Is there a telephone number I could call to talk to someone?

I was able to fix this problem! I went into my Fitbit app on my phone and changed clock faces. Once I did that, I reverted to the original clock face, and now my heart rate is being displayed.
I tried that but still no lights on the back of the watch.

Best AnswerOh, shoot! I was hoping that we found the fix! Did you also try holding down the left and bottom right buttons to reset the Versa? It wasn't until I changed the clock face and did the reset that I had any success. VERY strange and annoying.
Best AnswerI did try shutting down my Versa with the two buttons. Would you mind sharing the click face that is working for you. I got one to show 70 bpm but it was static. The others did not work. Thank you!
