I have had my Versa since the beginning of May. It has suddenly stopped resetting all numbers (steps, floors, calories, etc.) each day. New days miners are added to the previous day. Is there a fix for this?

@DebShift @dersie A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your devices didn't reset back to zero. This may happen when there is a timezone change but sometimes randomly. Please try restarting your devices to help them reset back to zero the following midnight:
To restart a Versa:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
To restart a Charge 2:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Let me know how it goes!

Recently I traveled out of my home time zone and experienced the same problem several others have reported here w/the device not automatically syncing to the new time zone, step counts not resetting at midnight etc. No amount of resetting has fixed the probelm After calling Fitbit to request a refund I received the standard answer....we don't provide refunds after 45 days. And worse, I was told that because the unit was working when I received it the problem is not a device defect. This line of logic implies that Fitbit expects all its users to immediately get on an airplane and test their device upon receipt. It is a ridiculous assumption. After reading the community boards it's clear that Fitbit has known about this problem in other generations of devices. Every other smart watch and smart phone manufacture seems to have figured out how to crack this software bug. That Fitbit knowingly has sold defective devices that stop working as soon as someone goes on vacation or takes a business trip is simply wrong. Even if the factory reset function worked it is a terrible business practice to require your customers to go to these extremes to use a device that cost north of $200 after taxes. Should have, and will now, buy an Apple watch.

My steps will randomly not reset. I have not gone out of my time zone. I tried all the suggestions and nothing has worked. I have had my versa for less than 6 months. Very frustrated.
