Heart rate sensor fail

Last Thursday is the last read from my sensors. Since then I have tried restarting...toggling auto on and off/restart. I've done a factory reset as well. Troubleshooting is done. The lights do not come on no matter if I wash the back or tighten my band.  Can I consider this watch dead?? Is repair vs replace an option??

I’m having the same problem also. My heart rate monitor keeps increasing my heart rate. I contacted Fitbit for help but to no avail. I’m really tired of this thing. I can’t get a correct read on my calories used or my active minutes because of this. I ended up with problems with my last Fitbit Versa also

Same problem here.  It is clearly a problem with the product.  I called back when I didn’t get a response and was told it was out of warranty, but they will give me a 35% discount to buy another product.  I have had this device just a little over a year (they had to replace the first one six months in because the screen came off).  Worst purchase I ever made.  I have been a loyal Fitbit customer for over five years but the products are going downhill and the service is reprehensible.  Even with the discount I am not going to spend another $150-250 to get a product that will last a year.  When I can spend just a little more and get an Apple Watch that is far more reliable and I have heard their service is FAR better.
