A warm welcome to the Community @hällene.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if at the moment of playing your music you are using another Bluetooth devices? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article Is the Fitbit app interfering with other Bluetooth devices?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

@hällenetake a close look at the music screen when you start playing a song, what does it do there? There is the back/pause/forward button and a small line that tracks progress in a song. Do you see the small line, is it jumping back? It sounds as if the track or player is resetting itself all the time.

@hällenein your first post you write 1 second, now you write 30 seconds! I think you need to be VERY VERY precises what you really mean, because this confuses everyone. Also, you didn't mention it, but I assume you do NOT get a message on your watch that the connection to the earphones is lost (i.e., the message you see when you power them off). I also assume that you have absolutely no problem playing your downloaded songs on your PC (i.e., before you downloaded them). It would be good to get this confirmed. I also assume that you can confirm that your full song has downloaded to the watch...

Hi yes sorry for the 30 second that’s wrong
it is still one second stop and then it starts for some seconds and stops for one second and starts for some seconds and continue like that
My music is downloaded correct and yes I can listen to the music from my pc without any problem
I do not get any text on my Versa that connection failed to my earphone
Kind regards
Leona

Facing exact same issue like Hallene. Music keeps stopping for a second or two every now and then. This is making my new Versa device experience very unpleasant. Any workaround discovered as yet on this? Thanks
