I have reset my Fitbit Versa about 5 times between yesterday and today, I also shut it down twice. It is still not working. Sensor is not working because my green light is not on. It stopped working last night. I have done all of the troubleshooting tips.
I am very frustrated and not happy. I have only had this watch for about a month and a half. I switched from the polar watch to Fitbit. So far not too happy.
I’ve been having the same problem over the last couple weeks and I’ve been trying everything Fitbit has suggested and still not working, and now when I sync it’s not updating my actual steps in challenges. So frustrating! I empathize with you.
