I need to restart or something and cant get past this screen?

If the Back button (on the left) is not getting you back to the clock then the restart process is to press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Of course, if the problem is with the back button that is not going to work. If that's the case then there's not a lot you can do other than contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
