After I charged my watch, the sensor stopped working, I tried resetting it, I tried turning on and off the HR on settings, I even did the factory reset a few times and it’s still not working, I’m so careful with my watch so I don’t know why it’s not working and what else can I do?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. was it done as it follows? On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
