I just purchased a Fitbit Versa. Everything on it works except the light sensor on the back, which reads heart rate, one of the reasons I wanted this. I have tried restarting the Versa, and I have tried a factory reset. Neither solution worked. I have done everything that people have suggested to no avail. Fitbit, can you help me? Or can anyone else.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, as well for the troubleshooting steps. Nice way to go! This should be happening, and I understand how you're feeling, and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. I'd recommend to continue working with them, so they can assist you with this situation.
