Heart rate/touch screen not working properly

What is going on with these devices. We have paid too much for these devices to NOT work😔🤨.

My heart rate monitor has not worked all week. It stops at 88 even when I'm on inclines at 4mph

My steps are not accurate for Tuesday and Wednesday

I can't slide up or side-ways on watch to different function and the watch gets stuck on certain actions(see attachment, unable to upload video).Screenshot_20190711-151100_Gallery.jpg

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not working properly. Thank you for sharing an image of your watch's screen. I noticed that you've been in contact with Customer Support. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of assistance as soon as possible.

 

If by any chance, in the future you need to upload a video, it needs to be uploaded on a different platform in order to get the URL required to paste on the Video icon here.
