I have had problems for months with my versa syncing to my phone
to resolve the issues I have had to do various things such as turn off and in Bluetooth, rest the watch, shut down and reopen the app, re download the app and reset
However today when I have tried to reconnect the versa to my phone in cannot locate the watch curbing the set up stage - what can I do?
Extremely frustrated as I have spent more time created work arounds with this watch then it actually working as it’s suppose too
My Versa synced at 5:30 this morning and has refused to Snc since. I have nothing but problems trying to get Bluetooth to connect my Versa an Android phone (I've restarted Versa, restarted my phone, followed all the forum recommendations, etc). I never had these issues with my Charge HR. Getting extremely frustrated with a device I want to use ![]()
Best AnswerSince moving to the new FitBit experience I've struggled with getting my Versa to sync. I'm tired of restating my phone and device multiple times a day. It's frustrating and a waste of serious time. Really wish I could roll back the app to the old format. Is there a fix coming for this?
